Dayanand has over 20 years of proven hands-on Accounting & Payroll Practice Leadership both in Singapore and the region, having worked with international accounting firms and more recently with a public listed Corporate Service Provider. In his last appointment he was Regional Payroll Practice Leader for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Australia, responsible for setting up and managing the payroll practices in those jurisdictions. He has vast experience in managing Payroll and Income Tax Compliance matters for clients who hail from a broad spectrum of industries, some of whom are brand-name US, European and other international investment banks, Singapore public listed companies, and major Multi-National Companies from across the globe. Dayanand is well regarded for his strong team management, mentoring and leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. He has a proven track record in ensuring very high compliance and accurate processing standards for clients and is a firm believer in enhancing client experience through the implementation of value-added initiatives. He has proven resourcefulness and problem-solving skills across different scenarios and jurisdictions. He has cross-cultural flexibility, which allows him to operate comfortably across different continents. Dayanand is also an Adjunct Lecturer conducting Payroll Administration and Year-End Income Tax Training for practitioners, both in the organizations he has worked in and at various learning institutions.
