Kelvin Loh, I remember when our paths crossed almost 6 years ago, meeting you and Mr Menon at your service office at Suntec tower. While we chatted, I knew then and there, had to get you onboard to help Alvigor grow.
Alas, Alvigor was still a young company and my biggest daily worry was the Cashflow. And I knew it would be a crime to negotiate with you, because of the massive value CBO brought to the table.
Even when I truly believed Finance is a crucial pillar to build the business and it is definitely value adding work. Limitations held me back.I definitely decreased my life expectancy by stewarding the financial reins.
But with intention, I ensured our paths kept crossing thru the years and now I can sleep better. Because I know that I have handed the reins to the best of the best, Corporate Back Office Team.
