Important Update: Enhanced Requirements for Employment Pass Applications

We are excited to announce that we are enhancing our Employment Pass (EP) application service to comply with the new requirements set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Please note that there is an added layer of requirement for third-party verification of academic qualifications, which can take anywhere from 10 to 15 days, depending on the academic institution. Here is the updated procedure for EP applications in Singapore:

 

1. Check Eligibility:

 

Ensure the candidate meets the requirements, including:

 

* Minimum fixed monthly salary

* Possess relevant qualifications and experience

* Have a degree from a reputable university (or equivalent)

 

2. Register with MOM:

 

The employer must register with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and obtain a username and password.

 

3. Create an EP Account:

 

The employer creates an EP account for the candidate.

 

4. Third-Party Verification:

 

The candidate’s academic qualifications must now be verified by a third party, which can take 10 to 15 days.

 

5. Fill Out the Application:

 

Complete the online application form and upload required documents:

 

* Candidate’s personal details

* Educational certificates

* Professional qualifications

* Work experience documents

* Passport details

* Company’s information

 

6. Pay the Application Fee:

 

Pay the SGD 105 application fee.

 

7. Submit the Application:

 

Submit the application and wait for processing (usually 3-5 weeks).

 

8. Receive the In-Principle Approval (IPA):

 

If approved, the candidate will receive an IPA letter.

 

9. Register with MOM:

 

The candidate must register with MOM and undergo a medical examination (if required).

 

10. Collect the EP:

 

Collect the EP card upon successful registration.
