I could talk for hours in every client meeting.
The trick is, I also spent hours preparing before every client meeting.
Is it worth it?
It certainly is.
Having a thorough grasp of the issue to be discussed is key to focus the meeting on really “solving” the issue, instead of “discussing” about it.
This has been my practice in the past, and a habit which I would continue until I pass on.
