How To Resolve Shareholders’ Dispute If The Latter Are Siblings Or Relatives?
Lately a prospect client came to see me on this matter.
This prospect client is the adult Child of one the Shareholders in dispute.
The Accounts, ACRA and Tax matters are all in a mess!
However, this prospect client treasures both family Relationships and also Business.
This is not an easy case indeed.
I listened with keen interest for 40 minutes, before offering my 2-cents’ worth in the next 20 minutes. My 2-cents’ worth would enable both family Relationships and Business to be back on right track again.
This Prospect client was very happy and enlightened in the 60th minute of our meeting.
