Was your last fiscal year end 28 Feb 2017? If so, you have until end of this month 28 Aug to complete your Annual General Meeting, and to file your Annual Return within next 30 days thereafter!
For those companies which are Exempt Private Companies ( EPC ) but are insolvent or are non-EPC, you would need to file your Annual Return in XBRL format as required by ACRA.
XBRL stands for eXtensible Business Reporting Language.

ACRA fines for late AGM and Annual Return ( AR ) —
With effect from 1st Dec 2015, ACRA will be implementing:
– A flat penalty of $300 for late filing of AR regardless of the length of default
– A composition sum of $300 for holding the AGM late
– A composition sum of $300 for laying out-of-date financial statements at the AGM
