4 Steps To Auto-Piloting Your Staff

Just imagine, your staff are so well groomed in such a way that they know their daily deliverables in the company, everyone knows exactly who – what – where – when – how and how much – to do, you can then focus on strategic matters to grow the company.

To achieve this, 
1) we first need to know where and what milestone targets we want achieve in the longer term, cascading down to bite-sized shorter term KPIs.

2) Translating these short term KPIs into Critical Success Factors ( CSF ), and then assign Designation In Charge to achieve them.

3) Then Reorganize your staffing to assign the best persons with the needed Strength to achieve these CSF, hang out some carrots to entice their achievement.

Assign those weaker ones to be in support roles.

4) Then Talk to these assigned personnel to get their understanding and buy-in.

Once these 4 steps are done, your job is done as their Boss.

Give them Time & Space to achieve them.

Tolerate some mistakes to be made. No humans are perfect. Every one learns from mistakes.

You can now refocus on how to grow bigger.
