Rationalize Your Business Costs

There are 3 major business costs, namely :
1. Material Costs
2. Manpower Cost
3. Rental Cost

These 3 business costs combined would easily take up to 80% of your Sales Value!

Sometimes, before you can scale up, you would need to Scale down effectively first.

Scaling down in Manpower via Automation and Non-Human Interfaces, and scaling down Rental via more Efficient Space Utilization with use of Creative Office / Outlet / Premise Designs.

If you can scale down Manpower and Rental to achieve combined Costs (Materials + Manpower + Rental) to less than 70% of your Sales Value, then you begin to Scale Up, you will most likely succeed in managing a bigger scale of business operations.

Remember, Rationalize your Costs by Scaling Down, then multiply your Business Model to Scale Up, you will be on path of successful expansion.

Otherwise, the bigger you grow, the bigger is your Cost headache, and you may end up depleting your Cash reserve to help cover rising uncontrollable Costs!

Good Luck!
