Cost Down
A client recently began to implement his Cost Down (CD) action plan.
Effective CD means trimming your “fats”.
Effective CD does not mean “cutting to the bone”, and affecting “core competencies” of your company structure or increasing the risk of “compliances” in Singapore.
You may down scale size of your office, back office staffing, relook at your Ad Budget effectiveness of your Ads, simplify workflow and automate, multi-tasking with time management, clear instructions and work prioritization, etc. You can also try outsourcing of your Accountant, Payroll, Sales as a Service, IT, Digital marketing with KPIs, etc.
Select your Outsource vendors carefully, for a wrong selection will hurt.
Senseless CD will hurt, be careful.
