How to find your Business Partner?
Ask yourself these questions :
1. Do you have the right skills to do the whole business by yourself ?
2. If not, what skillsets are you lacking in order to conduct the business successfully ?
Business Partner(s) should have complementary skill set.
Ask yourself this question again if you have found your Business Partner :
3. If you close your eyes and fall backward, will your Business Partner catches you when you fall ?
If the answer to the last question is “yes”, then Congratulations !
Finding the right Business Partner is never an easy task.
“Friendship” needs to be formed first, and then tested.
” Mutual Trust” needs to be there. This takes time.
Before entering into a business partnership, it’s always recommended to do up a Shareholders’ Agreement to “Agree” on the “Do’s and Dont’s” in future.
