Voided POS Transactions In Retail & F&B
Imagine, a customer has just paid for her purchase, she has just walked away your Counter….the transaction was subsequently voided by your Cashier, and he pocketed the Cash.
If you are running a retail store or an F&B outlet, be extra careful. Only let your Store Manager be authorised to “void” transactions.
Ensure you print out “Voided Transactions” list from your POS at regular intervals, and question the frequency of transactions being voided or find out which work shift has the frequent pattern of transactions being voided.
