A Day Well-Spent
Spent my day with 3 entrepreneurs separately with their respective awesome expansion plans!
Nevertheless, they shared 3 common pains, ie,
1. How to structure their group of companies to scale further before Exit ?
2. How to Increase the most probable Business Valuations of their respective businesses prior to Divestment / Trade Sale?
3. How to Fund this last “100 meter” sprint of growth to achieve the needed “scale” to be attractive enough to potential “buyer” of their respective businesses?
It was a long day indeed, started from 10am in the morning, ended in the evening.
We made appointments to meet again soon to discuss more in-depth one-on-one in my respective “ECP” or “Entrepreneurship Calibration Program” sessions with each of them.
