Just completed another series of 3 CFO sessions today with a group of very passionate business owners, who are also business partners, on fund raising matters to feed its impending expansion plan.
These business owners are now crystal clear on exactly what and how to do to secure their first round of investment funding.
They started my CFO coaching sessions initially last week without a real business focus, instead had wanted to do as much things in their business plan as possible. Everything can.
After just mere 3 sessions of “calibrations”, they became much more focused in their Plan now, and the path ahead looks extremely optimistic and realistic.
One of the business owners told me at the end of the last session today that he enjoyed every minute of the “coaching sessions”, and that he is so much more energized now, compared to before the coaching sessions, and found a new meaning in his business venture going forward.
The 3-day session made them Realise the potential of their business offering, their Limits, made them think of Who, What, Where, When, Why, How and How Much to do.
Once Enlightened, the Right Action is Clear now.
