How should a leader behave ?
This is a question I was asked many times.
If you want to plant a nice flower, first you need choose a good seedling.
Put the seedling in a pot of nice soil, provides the needed moisture daily, adequate sunlight, air and correct temperature, the flower will bloom by itself.
On the contrary, if you are impatient, and you choose to pull the little plant everyday in the hope of making it grow faster, the little plant will die.
A Leader is like The Environment. A Leader provides the “environment” to the little plant, and a good Leader also acts as Fertilizer to this little plant, making it grow and bloom by itself.
