Leadership Is All Personal Charisma
Have you ever asked why certain people ( leaders ) attract your attention or your following?
Yes, he may have the necessary knowledge or skill-set to lead on the job, but does that make him a leader?
Now ask yourself again, is a boss with money and capital to invest in a business makes him a leader in the company?
Yes, he may have the money to “throw”, but he shouts at his staff, and no one wants to work for him. So, is he a leader?
A leader is so called a “leader” when he has followers. The moment he is alone with no one behind him, he is “no leader”.
Now ask yourself again, what makes you follow someone who is a leader ?
You must have something which you would benefit from your following this leader. Either you can learn from this person, or this person can “lead” you out of the current “darkness”, and that this person is nice in person, a people person and a person who takes care of his followers, selfless, and not only himself.
So, if you are the Boss of your company, and if you cannot be a “leader”, your company will fail, for no one runs his company alone.
