Instead, we shared knowledge with anyone who needs them, we responded to ad hoc enquiries on business and government matters and we made ourselves available and useful to our existing clients 24/7 ( if we are not sleeping ) and also to prospect clients who are strangers.
Clients and prospects began to talk about us, and new leads began to stream in slowly.
It is not the quantum of these leads, it is the quality of the leads which matter.
Clients and prospects, knowing of our competencies and our capability, will not even negotiate with us. Hence price comparison and price cutting have never been our way of securing new engagements.
Local Banks, other Financial Institutions ( like Funds companies and Insurers ), Shared Service Offices, our supporting software vendors, Audit Firms and even other Corporate Services firms ( local and abroad ) began to knock on our door for possible collaborations.
Many win-win collaborations have been and are being forged, creating many synergies for both my corporate services firm and our collaborating partners.
We are currently discussing with a firm in United Kingdom for possible collaborations in 2019 to service clients together in Asia and the West.
