Throughout my career as CFO, CEO and now Chartered Accountant to my clients, I have seen many business owners just lack “TCOB”…

By TCOB, I mean business owners must juggle all the balls in the air, and not to lose sight of any area in particular.

By TCOB, a business owner must touch all aspects of his business in a 365-day year so that next year this time, he will see a slight difference in his business and the stakeholders in his company.

Because there are so many balls to juggle around in the air, business owners must learn to build his team, spot talents, delegate and manage his business through his people.

TCOB is easier said than done.

It pays for a Business Owner to be open minded, and take in new knowledge in every aspects of his business ( ie the 8Ms, namely Management, Materials, Manpower, Machinery, Motivation, Marketing, Mix and Money ).

Knowing What You Do Not Know is Wise. Worse case is Not Knowing What You Do Not Know.

No one business owner is a Superman. Do well in TCOB requires time and patience to build.

Building One block at a time. You will reach there.

Do not just focus on any aspect of TCOB and neglect the others, you will drop the “Ball”. Spread out your time schedule to touch all aspect in a 365-day year.

No short-cut to “TCOB”.
