Sincerity Is The Best Marketing

My partners and I are square accountants, knew nuts about “marketing”.
Remember when we started our corporate services firm ( Corporate BackOffice or CBO in short ) some 2+ years ago, our office telephone did not ring for first 2 months. No one knew about CBO.
We began sharing our knowledge with business owners at various events, gave free business advisory, and be sincere in all our dealings with our prospects and clients – refocused their attentions to areas of “exceptions”, redirected their efforts to “gaps”, etc.
Very soon, my personal mobile began to ring at least once a day. Then it rang a few times a day. Whatsapp enquiries began to come in to my phone once a day, then once an hour, and now once every 15 minutes.
Many times responses to enquiries are free of charge. Then news began to spread that there are free advices available at CBO.
Friends on Facebook began asking me for coffee chats. At first to find out more about CBO and myself. Then later to discuss about their businesses. Lately to provide CFO engagements to restructure their group companies, and be Independent Director of their respective Board.
I still say that I am a square accountant, who know nuts about marketing ( key words, Google ranking, optimization, etc ), I would say sincerity from the heart may be the best marketing.
