Plan, People & Process (3Ps), It’s All That Matters After All!
Lately, we have on-boarded some new clients.
I have seen them very busy everyday. Their schedule are fully jam packed daily, back-to-back. Emails and Whatsapp messages to them were mostly unanswered for 2-3 days, sometimes up to a week, only after some more reminders.
More sad to know, these new clients are not new start-up, and they have been in business for a few years.
A business will be very difficult to scale if you are still running your daily operation yourself.
Think and put in place a Plan (Business Plan with milestone KPIs and Persons in Charge, and Actions Plan), get the right People (but stay as lean as possible), retain these Talents with innovative LTIP (Long Term Incentive Program), put in place good work Processes (including automated workflows).
Your job is done. Now, start to work only 5 days a month (see my previous sharing article)!
Your next job will be, start to think how to get your business Bigger !
Once you are big enough, no more fun? Then think of your Exit Plan, of course with a hefty Valuation!
