Nothing is done until someone does it.
Process or Workflows or Policies become useless if not complied with by human beings. Employees would be more willing to comply if they feel they are part of a bigger family in our companies.
Even our equity or business Partners would become suspicious of our actions if there is no Trust.
Customers would be more willing to ask for more services only if they have trust in our deliveries.
Our Bankers would be more willing to support us if they know more about what we are doing.
Our Suppliers would be more willing to support us if they are in sync with our business model and plans.
Hence, constant engaging with these various stakeholders, building trust and relationships with them, is a necessary soft part of our entrepreneurship to ensure a successful journey ahead.
