Be An Entrepreneur Or Be Employed?

This is a hot question asked by my many prospect clients to me, especially in this year.
Then I would ask him 3 simple questions :
1) what are your own strength?
2) how does your strength reflect in the product / service you are providing in the new company you are going to form?
3) why would your customers buy from you and not from your competitors?
Usually, if my prospect clients can not answer any of these 3 questions to their own satisfaction, I would usually advise them to better stay in employment.
To be an entrepreneur, it takes more than a passion. You must be able to “fill” the “vacuum” in the market in order to “survive” in the longer term in this very competitive market place.
Providing a homogeneous product or service would not differentiate your pricing, hence you will just be a Price Follower.
When you are a Price Follower, in times of rising Costs, you will not survive, hence you will become “history”.
Now, start to think how to be different in your business…
That is, what is / are your USP or Unique Selling Point(s)?
