Plan, Plan, Plan
Lately, I have met some prospect clients, who ran into some kind of “dead ends” in their newly incorporated companies…
They rushed to incorporate their companies without proper planning.
Worse still, they entered into business with equity partners!
All things seem okay at the start, after the company was formed, all things suddenly become Not Okay.
Initial Capital were depleted fast, No proper Go-To-Market plan, no well thought-out and no sustainable Business Model, No Plan B, and suddenly equity partners start to find fault with one another, and the list goes on…
Then they are thinking of Striking off their newly incorporated companies, but Costs are high and the time line is too long ( 6 months ).
All these are happening and suddenly unfolding because of no Proper Planning and no Shareholders’ Agreement done up at the start.
I remember in my army days, the Commanders will take many days of planning, and then took just 1 day to Execute the Attack Plan!
The Chinese has this saying – 有好的计划就是成功了一半 !
Simply means – A Good Plan will mean better chance of Success!
