Ensure you have a Product which people want and will keep coming back for more. Create the demand is key. Be different in your Product.
Nothing gets Done until People gets it done. Surround yourself with Dependable People to be sustainable first, then scalable. No business owner is a Superman who is able to do everything himself or herself.
Put in place a Process or workflow. From Customer Order-To-Cash, from Procure-To-Pay, Expense Incurrence, Hiring Process and lastly Capital Expenditure process. Have a set of SOPs to cater to different Processes to ensure Consistency and Controls.
Continuously improve these 4 Ps in constant iterations and Improvements, day after day, year after year. Your business can only get better and better.
