Importance of Mindset Change When Entering Into Entrepreneurship
Met someone yesterday who is currently at the cross road between going back to Employment and entering into Entrepreneurship.
He looks 50, and is currently in his mid life.
He possesses a cheerful personality and positive mindset.
Most importantly, he has a pair of very attentive listening ears, a pair of focusing eyes and he knows the power of “Giving”.
He knows he has to adapt what he has learnt so far while in employment to his new venture in entrepreneurship.
He also knows what he has previously learnt would have to be unlearnt and he has to relearn today’s new knowledge.
He has to continuously learn to make himself relevant to his potential clients.
We chatted for more than 3 hours in the evening.
Very happy to know this very positive and cheerful chap, whom i know will be successful as he possesses the right attitude towards entrepreneurship.
